What this is, and what it is not.
ESP Lottery exists to answer a question that the remote-viewing community has never had good infrastructure for: does perception measurably improve with practice, and in what specific ways?
Most RV practice produces no comparable record. Sessions are scored by feel, targets vary in difficulty, feedback arrives late or not at all, and nobody can tell whether they are better this year than last. Lottery drawings solve the feedback problem: the answer is unambiguous, publicly verified, and arrives on a schedule nobody controls.
What we are not doing
We are not trying to win the lottery, and we are not selling a method for winning it. That distinction is not a legal hedge — it is the point. A platform built to chase a jackpot would cherry-pick its hits and quietly lose its misses, and the data would be worthless. This one records every session, scored the same way, including the ones that fail.
Who it is for
Practising remote viewers, people who have noticed something in themselves they cannot yet explain, and anyone willing to be measured honestly. No particular belief system is required or assumed.
