Terms of Service

Last updated August 16, 2026

Draft. These terms are under review and will be finalised before paid accounts open.

1. What this service is

ESP Lottery provides software for practising and measuring extrasensory perception and remote viewing. Publicly drawn lottery numbers are used as training targets because they provide unambiguous, independently verifiable feedback on a fixed schedule.

ESP Lottery is not a lottery, a game of chance, a sweepstakes, a contest, a wagering service, or a prediction service. We do not sell, broker, or facilitate the purchase of lottery tickets. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any lottery operator or any state or multi-state lottery commission.

2. No prizes, no outcome claims

No prize, payout, winnings, entry fee, stake, or wager of any kind is offered, accepted, or facilitated through this service. Any subscription fee purchases access to training software and nothing else.

We make no representation that any content, training, session, or result on this platform predicts the outcome of any drawing, or that use of this platform will improve any person's likelihood of winning money. Nothing here is investment, financial, or gambling advice. Any decision to purchase a lottery ticket is entirely your own, taken at your own risk.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account. [DRAFT — confirm whether a higher age gate is warranted given the subject matter and the jurisdictions where members are likely to be located.]

4. Research participation and your data

Your drawings, written impressions, choices, and accuracy metrics are stored so the platform can score sessions and build your skill profile, and so aggregate patterns across viewers can be studied.

Individual session data is private to you, your chosen partners, and the administrator. We will not publish or publicly display data identifiable to you without your specific consent. Aggregate and de-identified results may be analysed and published. See the Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions and billing

[DRAFT — not yet active. Accounts are free during the launch cohort. Before billing opens this section needs: fee and billing interval, renewal terms, cancellation method and effective date, refund policy, price-change notice period, and the processor's required disclosures.]

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to view, access, or obtain target pools you have been blinded to, share targets with other members before a session closes, or otherwise interfere with the integrity of a session. Doing so corrupts other people's research data as well as your own and may result in account suspension.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

[DRAFT — Eric to complete.]

8. Governing law

[DRAFT — Texas; venue and dispute-resolution terms to be confirmed.]
